Tour timing and itinerary are subject to change by the time. Consequently it may be revised or changed at any time during the tour, with or without notice depending on the exigencies of occasion. We will try to advise you of these amendments, prior to the start of the tour or on tour. In this case if any tour participant misses any part of sight seeing due to delay on his part, he will not be entitled to claim a refund for the same. No refund is payable for any unutilized services.
Speedy Tour India accepts no responsibilities for losses, additional expenses due to delay or change, missed connections, strike, weather/ quarentine or other causes howsoever caused and all such expenses must be borne by the tourists.
Mode of Payment Policy:
Speedy Tour India offers a very flexible payment terms. Once you have been contracted with the services, we request you to pay some advance payment. The advance payment advised to you is decided based on the services that we have to offer and the number of days left for the commencement of the services. Before your departure from your country you can pay the balance payment or upon arrival at India.
Speedy Tour India is Unique among Tour Operators. We can accept booking upto the hour of actual departure. However we recommend for your convenience and peace of mind that, you book your seats as early as possible in the season to avoid disappointment later.
Handpicked good tourist hotels all offering private bath are specifically chosen keeping in mind the comforts of the tourists. Some of the hotels may be located in the cities, but to provide with comfortable hotels and reasonable prices, it is often necessary to use hotels away from city centers. Families requesting for a Triple / Three bedded rooms will be
given depending on the availability in that hotel otherwise they will be provided with extra rollaway bed, which you need to be prepared for having less space in your room.
Please bring only limited luggage, one medium sized suitcase per person and one additional hand bag to keep inside the coach. Sleep wear is essential. Do not bring blankets and bedding. Baggages at all times and in all circumstances are the sole responsibility of the passenger.
Foreign tourists are requested to make the payments in foreign currency.
Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure Policy
We understand that you have to cancel your tour due to some major or personal reason. However we request you to inform us in written. We would try our best to reduce the cancellation charges however as a general policy the cancellation charges would be as follows.
- 60 days prior to arrival: 5% of the service / tour cost
- 45 days prior to arrival - 10% of the service / tour cost
- 44 days to 15 days prior to arrival - 20% of the service / tour cost
- 14 days to 07 days prior to arrival - 25% of the service / tour cost
- 06 days to 48 hours prior to arrival - 50% of the service / tour cost.
- Less than 48 hours or no show - NO REFUND.
However cancellation for the Palace on Wheels, Golden Chariot, Deccan Odyssey, Royal Orient etc.and peak season bookings (from 20th Dec to 10th Jan) cancellation policy would be advised at the time of reservation.
After commencement of the tour if you cancel due to some reason, we would try our best for the refund from the hoteliers and airlines and the same would be advised to you. However Indian Memoirz do not bear any responsibility of the refund for the hotels, chartered transportation and any other services that have been unused after the commencement of the tour.

Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
Check - Out - 1200 Hours
Later check-outs are available on request and subject to availability / Payment
